Directions for Use

Diffuse: Add 5-10 drops of essential oil in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
Topical use: Dilute with your favorite carrier oil  to minimize any skin sensitivity and apply 1-2 drops to desired area. 

Blends well with: Basil, Bergamot, Cardamom, Grapefruit, Orange, or Lemon
