Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and business, and for safety and contamination concerns; refunds, exchanges and cancellations are not issued for any reason and are only available if your order has already been shipped. At no time will custom order be refunded, exchanged, nor cancelled after 24 hours. Policies take effect once an order is placed. 7ChakrasRUs is not responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes  for promotions. We are not responsible for any order cancellation or refunds due to failure to select the appropriate payment method. 

Return policy is effective once order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once the order has left the possession of 7ChakrasRUs, and has been picked up by the USPS or UPS or dropped off at a USPS facility. If you require a refund or exchange prior to shipping, please contact our team as soon as possible at info@7chakrasrus.com. We offer store credits for items returned within 7 days of order delivery date. Items must be unworn and undamaged. Returned requests must be approved before the item is returned. If an item is no longer available, your store credit can be used to purchase any available item. A refund will not be issued. 

Please submit your return requests via the Returns Center. A member of our team will review and process your request within 1-2 business days. Return tracking number is REQUIRED in order to process returns. 

If you received the wrong item or defective/damaged item (any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error), please submit your return requests via the Returns Center and include images of the damaged items. We will happily replace and cover all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Any damaged item must be returned within 7 days of order delivery date. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary

If you are shipping over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
