Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All items are made to order. In stock items are processed within 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that orders placed during a promotion (such as Black Friday, etc.) may require up to 3 weeks for processing.

Free standard US shipping on all orders $150+.

Any order placed and processed will not be shipped on Saturday, Sunday or a National holiday. 

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, which usually takes 2-4 business days anywhere within the USA. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order. 

For additional shipping options, such as express shipping, please review the rush order policy, contact us at EnergyIsEverything@7ChakrasRUs.com and your request Express shipping  at checkout. Please note that expedited orders still require 1-2 business days for processing, excluding holidays, in addition to 2 business days for shipping. 

We are not responsible for any orders once they are confirmed to be in transit or delivered. Lost packages must be disputed with the carrier.
