Yoni Steams are Contraindicated for Women who are:

Directions  For Use: 

• Add 3 tbsp of lingam/yoni steam herbs to hot water, cover and allow to steep for approximately 10-12 minutes. 
  
• Check steam to ensure it's not too hot.
• When the desired temperature is reached, place herbal steam in a large pot, or  bowl (do not use plastic). 
• Cover the bottom half of body, to minimize steam escaping and squat or sit over steam. 
• Sit over steam for 20-30 minutes. 

🥄Servings: 2 tbsp. (1 oz) is recommended. Although, it's all a personal preference. Use as little or as much as you feel comfortable with.

2 oz / 56 gms = 2-4 steams

4 oz / 113 gms = 4-8 steams
