Selenite is one of the most powerful metaphysical stones. It is a calming stone that instills peace and is excellent for meditation or spiritual work. This crystal is known to promote clarity of the mind and expand ones awareness of self while making one aware of their surroundings. It opens the crown chakras and assists in judgement and insight.
Selenite cleanses our aura, as wands are a shape that directs energy flow. Especially if you are sensitive to others people's emotional energy, or the energy of a space. Using selenite wands to cleanse your aura will remove that low vibration energy from you.
Due to the unique and natural state of the selenite used, each piece may vary in shape, size or color.
You will receive One (1) 4"-5" inch Selenite Healing Wand and a Selenite Cleansing Card
Disclaimer: Contact with water is not recommended for any variety of selenite.
FROM THE MAKER
FROM THE MAKER
Daughter, do not curse the blood that leaves you.
It is a rhythm your body remembers. What is released makes room. So pause. Breathe. Release. Remember.
You come from women who knew your body was never separate from the sacred.
So when your blood comes, do not only endure it. Honor it. Listen to it. Let it remind you—you are not broken.
You are cycling, releasing, and becoming again.

HOW TO USE
HOW TO USE
Your Cycle Ritual
Begin 1–2 days before your expected cycle. This ritual can be used before and throughout your menstrual cycle, giving you a moment to slow down, listen inward, and care for yourself.
For the Tea
Prepare 1-2 warm cups and enjoy it before or after your menstrual steam. Continue throughout your cycle as desired. Sip slowly and allow the warmth to become part of your moment of rest and restoration.
For the Menstrual Steam
Prepare your steam according to the included instructions. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit and relax. Allow the gentle warmth and herbal aroma to become a moment of stillness, reflection, and connection with your body.
This is your time to pause, release, and return to yourself.
